Please ensure that your child arrives at school by 9:10 a.m. sharp. Punctuality is an important aspect of our school's discipline policy and helps in maintaining the structure of the school day. Late arrivals disrupt the learning environment and hinder your child's progress.

We ask that parents or guardians pick up their children only after the conclusion of classes at 4:10 p.m. Early pick-ups are disruptive and should only occur in case of emergencies. In such cases, please seek prior permission from the Principal or school management. We also request that parents avoid sending relatives to pick up children unless prior approval has been obtained.

Parents are kindly asked not to enter classrooms during school hours. If you need to discuss any issues with teachers or staff, please obtain permission from the Principal or management and follow the proper procedures. Unscheduled visits may distract students and disrupt the learning process.

Students who have not completed the payment for all four terms of school fees will not be permitted to sit for the exams. Timely payment is essential for the smooth operation of the school, and parents are encouraged to adhere to the payment schedule.

The relevant season fees must be paid within 10 days of the beginning of each term. Delays in payment will lead to additional charges and could affect your child's ability to participate in school activities, including exams.

Please note that students will only be allowed to take their exams once they have obtained a No Due Certificate. This certificate confirms that all fees have been cleared, and it is a mandatory requirement for exam participation.

Parents are requested to come directly to the school office between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to make fee payments. Fees will not be accepted outside of these hours. Adhering to this schedule ensures that your payments are processed efficiently, and it helps maintain proper records.
